Your alarm goes off at 6:30 am every morning. You’re in the office for 8:30 am, and your day doesn’t finish until 6 pm (sometimes later). By the time you get home, it’s gone 7 pm… and on top of that, you’re supposed to go to the gym?  

We all know that feeling after a long day at work. You feel exhausted! And you stand there looking through the gym doors thinking to yourself… do I REALLY want to do this right now?  

Don’t worry! You’re not alone.

You see, going to the gym takes time:

  • Time to get there
  • Time to change clothes
  • Time to put your stuff away
  • Time to complete your workout
  • Time to find the right equipment
  • Time to wait for the squat rack!
And by the time you leave, it’s nearly 9 pm, and you’ve still got to get home!
What if there was a way to workout, that meant you didn’t have to go to the gym? What if you could workout from home, the office, or anywhere you wanted, and get the EXACT same results as going to the gym? 

What if it was possible to have your training time, so you could spend more time getting stuff done? 
This is not a “class”… Classes suck! You go to a class to burn calories and do burpees and star jumps. This is not that - this is a workout!

The aim is to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger without getting injured! To build a body that is bulletproof and one that lasts a lifetime! This is not your typical home workout programme! These workouts are NOT cardio or circuit based, they are STRENGTH based! They are tough, grueling and will push you to the limit.

Each workout is made up of classic, muscle-building exercises that you would normally perform in the gym: squats, chest presses, lat pulldowns, etc. We recreate those movements using resistance bands… AND IT WORKS!  

You’ll know which exercises to do, how to perform them, how much rest to take, and how hard each exercise should feel. I’ve taken out the guesswork… all you have to do is show up!
And if you struggle with motivation, don’t worry! I’ll be on your screen completing the workout live, right there with you in real-time. Let's push through the pain together!

Resistance bands:

You're going to need some resistance bands! I recommend that you buy five different colour bands, YELLOW (smallest), RED, BLACK, PURPLE, GREEN (largest). Each colour offers a different level of resistance, and five bands will give you a good variety during your workouts. But don’t worry, you can alter the resistance of each band too, so you’ll have way more than just 5 different levels to choose from.

Gloves are great for protecting your hands when using resistance bands (more so than when using weights in the gym). Are they essential? I guess it depends on how soft your hands are!
